Hosting provider unveils service expansion

A US managed hosting supplier has expanded its existing range of facilities in order to offer a "refreshed" product.

NTT America, a subsidiary of the NTT Communications Corporation, has provided the Enterprise Hosting Release 09.1.

The updates include backbone service and network performance commitments, with the addition of higher-density HP hard drives, along with vital enhancements to the service level agreement at its Virginia data centre.

Vini Handler, vice president of Product Management and Marketing for Enterprise Hosting, says the latest additions add depth and standardisation to the line.

"Our new product release 09.1 includes enhancements across many services in our portfolio and is designed to meet the needs of our target medium, large, national and global enterprise customers," he comments.

The company, which offers infrastructure optimisation services to improve IT efficiency, has also improved its customer portal to provide ease-of-use for automated sales quotations and ordering for storage area network services.
