EPM unveils new SharePoint capabilitiesSoftware and service provider EPM Live has unveiled its latest line of capabilities for Microsoft Office SharePoint.The California-based company, which produces SharePoint Project and Work Management Solutions, has released new enterprise options within its software. EPM Live's version 2.2 is designed to provide more efficient and effective features for businesses and has an expanded range capabilities. According to the company, which offers ongoing system maintenance and support, the main improvements to the service are to resource planning and managing features, which allows for workload views across the entire network. "The new capacity planning features provide for resource workload and capacity planning analysis using heat map reports and other structured query language resource reporting views," the firm states. New cost and budget management capabilities are also coupled with features that support all work and administrative activities, as EPM's views and lists synchronise with Excel to enable faster data management and control.
