Microsoft Hosted Sharepoint virtual expo to be held

An exhibition for users of Microsoft Hosted Sharepoint has been arranged in the US for companies looking to make the most of the software.

Taking place in California, the virtual event will be open to businesses online who can chat via the internet to experts and monitor exhibitions of how to make the most of different aspects of the program.

Starting at 10:00 EST, the event will run until 16:00 EST, after which individuals will be able to talk to the show's hosts via webchat for an hour-long Q & A session.

David Waugh, vice-president and general manager of unified communications and collaboration at Quest Software, said: "Whether you are new to the Sharepoint platform, or a long-time user, this free virtual event is an excellent opportunity to connect with and learn from distinguished Sharepoint experts."

Meanwhile, KM World recently reported that Microsoft Hosted Sharepoint is the backbone of many businesses and being able to use this software correctly can bring about significant productivity improvements for a firm.
