Microsoft beta test for Hosted Exchange 2010
Microsoft Hosted Exchange 2010 is currently in the process of beta testing at a number of businesses across the UK.
The software is being developed as a next-generation solution for companies looking to improve hosted exchange efficiency and handle data more effectively, Web Host Industry Review noted.
Furthermore, Microsoft claims that the product has been rebuilt from the ground up and will now offer improved responsiveness and customisation for consumers.
Intermedia marketing director Danny Essner said: "[It] also give[s] our partners and customers the opportunity to start getting their hands on the new software and the new interface, it's a turn-key hosted solution just like our commercial hosted exchange offering."
Meanwhile, Microsoft recently announced that it will be working on a number of refinements to its Hosted Sharepoint 2007 product over the coming months, with particular attention being paid to software's ability to manage and organise vast quantities of information.
