Microsoft Dynamics chosen by London councilThe London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (LBBD) has announced it is on the lookout for a Microsoft Dynamics customer relationship management (CRM) system implementation partner to create a next-generation system.LBBD has selected Microsoft Dynamics as its preferred core CR system to provide a more "effective and efficient service" to that currently experienced within the LBBD Contact Centre. Other organisations and businesses may wish to follow LBBD's lead, as Microsoft Dynamics can streamline supply chain, financial and CR processes. Furthermore, it could allow firms to identify and respond to emerging customer needs before competitors reach this stage. The LBBD tender noted that Microsoft Dynamics "will provide an efficient means of joining together the front and back office customer service operation". Over one million users have adopted Microsoft Dynamics, the corporation recently announced. Users can now also benefit from new CRM accelerators to reduce costs and establish business insight, Microsoft added. ![]() |
