Email 'is irreplaceable'The ubiquitous nature of email makes it a tool which is irreplaceable in business management, it has been claimed.Mickael Remond, chief executive officer of communications company ProcessOne, said despite the rise in popularity of instant messaging, email will remain an integral part of business communications in the future. He commented: "Email will continue to be an important business tool for many organisations, as it enables them to reach a number of people across a number of locations in a targeted and methodical way." According to report by tech-market research firm the Radicati Group entitled Email Statistics Report 2009-13, the majority of email users fall into the 20 to 40-year-old age group.
