Finding answers to Microsoft Dynamics questions

Microsoft Dynamics users with questions about the CRM environment have been told to look online for the answer.

Writing for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Team Blog, community guru Jim 'JaAG' Glass suggests that there are a number of online resources capable of answering some of the most common - and less common - Microsoft Dynamics questions.

For questions that have not already been answered, the Microsoft Dynamics Forums provide a place to ask for expert assistance from employees of the software giant and fellow users of the CRM system.

However, this is not the only option, as JaAG adds that there are "many ways" to find out more about installing, extending and using the software.

JaAG claims that he has been known by his 'handle', rather than as Jim, for around 18 years by his friends in the real world.

He explains that he has "come to terms with it" - and that the initial decision to be known as JaAG came due to there being "too many Jims" in the area where he lives.
