CRM systems may support firms in meeting increased competitionMicrosoft Dynamics could be a wise investment for companies, after it has been suggested that the increased competitiveness of the market place and rising consumer demands mean firms need to excel expectations.Writing on CRM Buyer, Vamsi Krishna Paramjyothi and Ramkumar Jonnalagadda from Infosys Technologies, said a good business intelligence tool which draws on a real-time decision system can prove to be of assistance to companies. Microsoft Dynamics is a customer relationship management (CRM) solution which claims to allow strategic decision making to be made at all levels of an organisation. Employees have access to more tailored information which may allow them to carry out their job more efficiently, while it integrates with familiar software so people can use the solution by building on the skills they already have. This could reduce training time and costs. "With increased global competition, varied product and service offerings from enterprises and changing customer preferences, the need for intelligence CRM will only increase," the two authors wrote on the online publication. They added that CRM systems can allow companies to "serve their customers in a better-informed manner". ![]() |
