Microsoft Dynamics 'to be improved' through discussion groupsA series of discussion groups are planned to allow users of Microsoft Dynamics to feed back to the developer on how it might be improved.Sessions are scheduled to take place from April 24th to 27th at the Atlanta Convention Center for Convergence 2010. In a post on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Team Blog, Dr James C Johnston says that the team is looking forward to hearing the views of customers, developers and end-users of the platform. "Thank you, as always, for your distinctly helpful insights and constructive feedback on Microsoft Dynamics CRM," he adds. Among the topics scheduled for discussion are mobile experiences of the platform, social CRM issues and the process of authoring and editing discussion steps. Using CRM information in Microsoft Outlook, the online service experience and visualising relationships within Microsoft Dynamics are all also on the agenda for discussion. In an earlier post, Jim 'JaAG' Glass wrote that the chance to meet with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM team in person is the number one reason to head to the Atlanta Convention Center for Convergence 2010. ![]() |
